About this template

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, systems and practical hours and the signatures. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night Grow, Deep Indigo and Graphite Lab), and every single colour can be changed. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
