Noto Serif Display sets the title and IBM Plex Mono carries the details, with flowing waves giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, grade and programme and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Proof Vermilion, Blueprint and Olive Press), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Noto Serif Display and IBM Plex Mono. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
