About this template
The Black Modern Smart Building Operations Certificate is a clean Smart Building Operations Certificate template that estate agencies, property firms and facilities teams use to celebrate a goal that has been reached. On CerShare it comes in the Graphite Lime colour scheme; the lettering pairs Figtree with Space Grotesk.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

For [Name], whose hard work turned an ambitious goal into a result we can all be proud of.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of outstanding achievement in [Area] during [Year].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the level 3 · live sensor network, modules and lab hours fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Midnight Cyan, Graphite Lime and Deep Teal Rose), and every single colour can be changed. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Figtree and Space Grotesk. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Readex Pro.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
