About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Burgundy Wave Leadership Excellence Award gives managers, HR teams and company leaders a timeless way to celebrate a goal that has been reached. Noto Serif Display sets the title and Sofia Sans carries the details, with flowing waves giving the page its character. It works just as well as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for exceeding expectations in [Project or subject]. Your effort made the difference.
In recognition of [Name]’s achievement on [Date]. Proof that persistence pays off.
This certificate recognises [Name] for Leadership Excellence: exceptional effort, and an even better outcome.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Gold, Oxblood and Forest), and every single colour can be changed. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Heavy matte or parchment paper gives it the weight of an official document. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
