Use this classic Refugee Support Volunteer Certificate to thank volunteers for their time. It suits councils, neighbourhood groups and civic programmes, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the volunteer hours and families welcomed fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Merriweather Sans and Lora. Colours are yours to change: try Warm Welcome, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Noto Naskh Arabic.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
