Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

Presented with gratitude to [Name] by everyone at [Organisation].
In appreciation of [Name], who helped [Number] people through [Programme].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the volunteer hours given fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Plum and Sand, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lemonada.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
