About this template
Made with PMOs, quality teams and project trainers in mind, this Agile Coach Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. It is shown here in midnight blue, with a bold band of colour, Rethink Sans headings and Figtree for the smaller text. It works just as well as a professional certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For completing Agile Coach Certification: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Agile Coach Certification on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
[Name] has successfully completed Agile Coach Certification and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the coaching hours, teams coached and level lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Night Teal, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
