Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Plum Globe Conflict Resolution Certificate gives L&D teams and corporate trainers a modern way to record training that has been completed. Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

[Name] has successfully completed Conflict Resolution and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].

How to customise it
