About this template
Energy companies, contractors and HSE trainers reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a clean Scaffolding Inspection Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. On CerShare it comes in the Hi-Vis Orange colour scheme, with a badge as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Tomorrow with Public Sans.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for completing Scaffolding Inspection in line with [Standard or policy].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Scaffolding Inspection on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
This certifies that [Name] has completed Scaffolding Inspection ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the course code, scope and trainer ID lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Galvanised Green or Site Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
