About this template
Clinics, therapy practices and allied health educators reach for designs like this one when they want to record training that has been completed: a contemporary Occupational Therapy CPD Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Assistant sets the title and Work Sans carries the details, with leaves and branches giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Awarded to [Name] for completing Occupational Therapy CPD in line with [Standard or policy].
[Name] has successfully completed Occupational Therapy CPD and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
[Name] has completed Occupational Therapy CPD. Please keep this certificate with your training records.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the CPD hours, level and format lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Sunflower, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
