How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the final assessment, training hours and modules lines. Prefer another look? Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
