About this template
If you need to record training that has been completed, this Health and Safety Training Certificate does it with a clean layout that HR, compliance and health-and-safety teams will recognise straight away. On CerShare it comes in the Green & Yellow colour scheme, with a badge as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Titillium Web with Hanken Grotesk. You will also find it under Employee of the Month on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed the Health and Safety Training on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
This certifies that [Name] has completed the Health and Safety Training ([4] CPD hours) on [Date], delivered by [Trainer].
For completing the Health and Safety Training: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, duration, delivery and valid until and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Amber, Slate & Orange and Green & Yellow), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Changa.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
