About this template
Here is a modern way to record training that has been completed: the Charcoal Heart CPR & First Aid Certificate, a template that suits hospitals, clinics and nursing schools. On CerShare it comes in the Signal Teal colour scheme, with hearts as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Lexend Deca with Public Sans. Change a few words and it doubles as a professional certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed CPR & First Aid Certification on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended CPR & First Aid Certification on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
[Name] has successfully completed CPR & First Aid Certification and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, course, duration and result and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Coral & Charcoal, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Lexend Deca and Public Sans. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
