About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Olive Geometric Emergency Evacuation Drill Certificate gives safety officers, HR and compliance teams a clean way to record training that has been completed. The colour scheme you see, Forest & Amber, is one of three built into the design, with a geometric pattern at the heart of the layout. You will also find it under Participation & Attendance on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Emergency Evacuation Drill on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
For completing Emergency Evacuation Drill: [6] hours of training, including theory, practice and a final check.
[Name] has successfully completed Emergency Evacuation Drill and is competent in the procedures covered. Valid until [Expiry date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, time to clear, accounted for and next drill and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Maven Pro and DM Sans. Prefer another look? Switch to the Exit Green or Signal Teal colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
