Made with leadership programmes and HR teams in mind, this Change Leadership Certificate helps you record training that has been completed without starting from a blank page. On CerShare it comes in the Sage Morning colour scheme, with a sunburst as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs DM Sans with Source Serif 4. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Change Leadership on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the change project and duration fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Morning Sky, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lalezar.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
