About this template

How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the CPD hours, assessment and renew by fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Prefer another look? Switch to the Clinical Teal or Ward Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Lexend Deca and Source Sans 3. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
