Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Mint Banded Emotional Intelligence Certificate gives leadership programmes and HR teams a crisp way to record training that has been completed. The colour scheme you see, Mint & Forest, is one of three built into the design, with a bold band of colour at the heart of the layout. It works just as well as a course completion certificate or a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate number [0000]: [Name] completed Emotional Intelligence on [Date]. Refresher due [Month Year].
This is to confirm that [Name] attended Emotional Intelligence on [Date] and passed the practical assessment.
Awarded to [Name] for completing Emotional Intelligence in line with [Standard or policy].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Marigold & Navy, or match your own brand colours. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
