About this template
Use this contemporary Executive Leadership Certificate to record training that has been completed. It suits leadership programmes and HR teams, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. With flowing waves and Montserrat headings, it has a modern feel, while the Oxblood & Champagne palette keeps the colours rich. Change a few words and it doubles as a staff award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, duration and format and the signatures. Prefer another look? Switch to the Navy & Gold or Forest & Brass colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
