About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Chocolate Chart Snooker Certificate gives sports clubs, coaches and leagues a modern way to honour players, finishers and teams. Look closely and you will notice chart lines, set off by Ultra lettering in chocolate. It works just as well as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
In recognition of [Name]’s outstanding performance at [Competition].
Presented to [Name], Snooker, [Season]. [Goals] goals, [Assists] assists and endless energy.
Awarded to [Name] for sportsmanship, effort and team spirit throughout the season.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, highest break, final score and centuries and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Championship Green or Olive Hall colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
