About this template
If you need to reward students and staff, this Student of the Term Certificate does it with a clean layout that teachers and schools will recognise straight away. Look closely and you will notice planets and orbits and a crescent moon, set off by Bai Jamjuree lettering in teal. You will also find it under Kids and Achievement on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certificate is awarded to [Name] for Student of the Term, [School Year].
With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
For [Name], who makes our classroom a kinder place. From [Teacher].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Bai Jamjuree and Outfit. The design comes with three colour schemes (Sky Launch, Sunrise Launch and Mint Launch), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Alexandria.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
