About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Black Laurel High Honour Roll Certificate gives schools, head teachers and form tutors a playful way to reward students and staff. Cinzel sets the title and Spectral carries the details, with a laurel wreath giving the page its character. Children can read it themselves: the name is big and the words are friendly.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has shown real leadership as [Role] this year. Signed by the Head Teacher, [Date].
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
In recognition of [Name]’s excellent progress in [Subject]. Keep up the great work!
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Midnight and Gold, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
Print it on thick card (200–250 gsm) so it survives the fridge door. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
