About this template
Teachers, schools and parents reach for designs like this one when they want to reward students and staff: a contemporary Student Leadership Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in raspberry, with scattered stars, Dosis headings and Andika for the smaller text. It works just as well as a competition award or a kids' award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
Presented to [Name], [Class], for outstanding effort and attitude in [Term].
For [Name], who makes our classroom a kinder place. From [Teacher].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Pond Morning, Lily Pad and Sunset Pond), and every single colour can be changed. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Baloo Bhaijaan 2.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
