About this template
Made with event organisers, trainers and schools in mind, this Perfect Attendance Award helps you reward students and staff without starting from a blank page. The colour scheme you see, Plum and Peach, is one of three built into the design, with gears at the heart of the layout. Children can read it themselves: the name is big and the words are friendly.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
Awarded to [Name] for perfect attendance throughout [Term or Year]. Thank you for being here every day.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, attendance, days present and absences and the signatures. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Teal and Sun, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white card of about 220 gsm makes the colours pop and stands up to small hands. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
