About this template
Made with secondary schools, form tutors and student councils in mind, this Science Club Certificate helps you reward students and staff without starting from a blank page. On CerShare it comes in the Ultraviolet colour scheme, with a double border as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Glegoo with Atkinson Hyperlegible. Children can read it themselves: the name is big and the words are friendly.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has shown real leadership as [Role] this year. Signed by the Head Teacher, [Date].
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
For [Name], who makes our classroom a kinder place. From [Teacher].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, project and sessions and the signatures. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Night Lab or Petri Green colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Print it on thick card (200–250 gsm) so it survives the fridge door. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
