About this template
Made with head teachers, school leaders and PTAs in mind, this Teaching Assistant Appreciation Certificate helps you reward students and staff without starting from a blank page. On CerShare it comes in the Bold Primary colour scheme, with leaves and branches as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Patrick Hand with Quicksand. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name], [Class], for outstanding effort and attitude in [Term].
In recognition of [Name]’s excellent progress in [Subject]. Keep up the great work!
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the supporting and years at school fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Poster Paint, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Marhey.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
