About this template
Here is a classic way to reward students and staff: the Crimson Seal Prefect Certificate, a template that suits schools, clubs and camp organisers. The colour scheme you see, Crimson House, is one of three built into the design, with a round seal at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
Congratulations, [Name]! You have been named Student of the Week for [Reason].
Presented to [Name], [Class], for outstanding effort and attitude in [Term].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Prefer another look? Switch to the Navy & Gold or Hawthorn Green colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
