About this template
Head teachers, school leaders and PTAs reach for designs like this one when they want to reward students and staff: a contemporary Teaching Assistant Appreciation Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Yesteryear sets the title and Outfit carries the details, with hearts giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

With thanks to [Name] for everything you do for the pupils of [School].
Presented to [Name], [Class], for outstanding effort and attitude in [Term].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Colours are yours to change: try Pastel Tape, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Marhey.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
