About this template
Use this modern Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate to confirm a professional qualification. It suits PMOs, quality teams and project trainers, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. On CerShare it comes in the Slate & Jade colour scheme, with a bold band of colour as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Inter with Source Serif 4. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] is hereby recognised as a [Title], having passed the assessment on [Date] with a score of [Score].
[Organisation] confirms that [Name] holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt at [Level].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the defects per million opportunities – the six sigma standard, belt project and training hours lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Colours are yours to change: try Belt Green, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Inter and Source Serif 4. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
