About this template
IT training providers and certification programmes reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm a professional qualification: a modern Cloud Solutions Architect Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in indigo, with a geometric pattern, Commissioner headings and Work Sans for the smaller text. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Registered: [Name], registration number [0000], effective [Date].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
This is to certify that [Company] is an authorised [Partner type] of [Organisation] for [Year].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the level, exam score and valid until fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Blueprint Teal, or match your own brand colours. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Commissioner and Work Sans. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Readex Pro.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
