About this template
Certification bodies, assessment centres and training providers reach for designs like this one when they want to confirm a professional qualification: a formal Certified Practitioner Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. On CerShare it comes in the Burgundy & Gold colour scheme, with a medal as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Faustina with Hanken Grotesk. It works just as well as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
[Name] has demonstrated the competencies required for Certified Practitioner. Assessor: [Assessor name].
Awarded to [Name] on successful completion of the [Exam] examination, [Date].
This certifies that [Name] has met the requirements of Certified Practitioner. Credential ID [ABC-0000], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the level, result and candidate no. lines. Prefer another look? Switch to the Deep Teal & Brass or Navy & Copper colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
