About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Plum Starry Certificate of Participation gives event organisers, schools and clubs a modern way to confirm that someone took part. Podkova sets the title and Figtree carries the details, with scattered stars giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
Awarded to [Name] for active participation in [Programme], [Dates].
[Name] attended [Webinar title] on [Date], hosted by [Organisation].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the venue and duration lines. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Prefer another look? Switch to the Garden Quilt or Harbour Patch colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
