If you need to confirm that someone took part, this 5K Run Certificate does it with a clean layout that race organisers, running clubs and gyms will recognise straight away. Look closely and you will notice chart lines, set off by Krona One lettering in jade.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Certificate of attendance: [Name] attended 5K Run Certificate ([6] CPD hours), [Date].
This certifies that [Name] participated in [Event], held at [Venue] on [Date].
In recognition of [Name]’s participation in 5K Run Certificate. We hope to see you next year.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the five kilometres, finish time and bib number fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. Prefer another look? Switch to the Volt Orange or Electric Blue colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
