About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Teal Ribbon Birthday Gift Certificate gives shops, boutiques and gift-givers a fun way to turn a present into something to unwrap. The colour scheme you see, Lagoon, is one of three built into the design, with a ribbon at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a family keepsake.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
To: [Name]. From: [Giver]. A gift of [Value] to spend on whatever makes you happy.
This gift certificate entitles [Name] to [Experience] at [Business]. Valid until [Date].
This voucher is valid for one [Experience] for [Number] people. Please book in advance.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the to, from and gift value fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Colours are yours to change: try Party Pop, or match your own brand colours. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
