About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Forest Green Sunburst Ticket-Style Event Certificate gives small businesses, spas, restaurants and gift-givers a traditional way to turn a present into something to unwrap. Look closely and you will notice a sunburst and scattered stars, set off by Alex Brush lettering in forest green. It works just as well as a certificate of participation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
To: [Name]. From: [Giver]. A gift of [Value] to spend on whatever makes you happy.
Gift voucher for [Value], redeemable at [Business] before [Date].
Enjoy [Gift], [Name]. Terms: [one line], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the row, seat and door fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Prefer another look? Switch to the Velvet Night or Ruby Curtain colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
