About this template
If you need to turn a present into something to unwrap, this Gift Subscription Certificate does it with a traditional layout that small businesses, spas, restaurants and gift-givers will recognise straight away. Parisienne sets the title and DM Sans carries the details, with a ribbon giving the page its character. It works just as well as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This voucher is valid for one [Experience] for [Number] people. Please book in advance.
For [Name]: Subscription Gift, because you deserve a little something.
Enjoy [Gift], [Name]. Terms: [one line], valid until [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the gift value, plan and first delivery lines. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Parisienne and DM Sans. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Coral & Teal, or match your own brand colours. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Lemonada.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
