About this template
The Chocolate Leafy Tree Dedication Certificate is a contemporary Tree Dedication Certificate template that small businesses, spas, restaurants and gift-givers use to turn a present into something to unwrap. On CerShare it comes in the Autumn Maple colour scheme, with leaves and branches as the centrepiece; the lettering pairs Quattrocento with Work Sans. You will also find it under Membership on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
For [Name]: Tree Dedication, because you deserve a little something.

To: [Name]. From: [Giver]. A gift of [Value] to spend on whatever makes you happy.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the species, planted at and season lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Pressed Oak, or match your own brand colours. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
