About this template
Use this crisp Cat Adoption Certificate to mark a family moment. It suits pet owners, vets and pet clubs, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. Look closely and you will notice a crescent moon and scattered stars, set off by Gabriela lettering in charcoal grey. Change a few words and it doubles as a membership certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Welcome to the world, [Baby’s name]! Born [Date] at [Time], weighing [Weight].
Presented to [Name] for [Years] years of [Reason]. We love you more than words can say.
To [Name], best friend since [Year]. Certified: still the best.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the age, coat and microchip fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Gabriela and Quicksand. The design comes with three colour schemes (Moonlit Sill, Teal Night and Plum Night), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
