The Brick Red Ribbon New Home Certificate is a timeless New Home Certificate template that families, friends and couples use to mark a family moment. The colour scheme you see, Red Door, is one of three built into the design, with a ribbon at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Celebrating [Number] years of marriage: [Names], married [Date].
This certifies that [Name] is officially New Home, as voted by [Family].
Happy [Occasion], [Name]! With all our love, [Family names], [Date].
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the new address and keys received fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Sage Door, or match your own brand colours. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
