If you need to recognise the people who keep a team going, this Store Employee of the Month Certificate does it with a timeless layout that managers, HR teams and team leaders will recognise straight away. The colour scheme you see, Cherry & Navy, is one of three built into the design, with flowing waves at the heart of the layout.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the our star this month lines. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Colours are yours to change: try Grocer Green, or match your own brand colours. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Rubik.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
