About this template
Use this traditional Associate of the Month Certificate to recognise the people who keep a team going. It suits managers, HR teams and team leaders, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Oxblood & Brass, is one of three built into the design, with corner ornaments at the heart of the layout.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This award recognises [Name] for living our values every single day.
Congratulations, [Name]! Your colleagues voted you Associate of the Month for always being the first to help.
With thanks to [Name] for [Achievement]. Enjoy the reserved parking spot.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Prefer another look? Switch to the Navy & Gold or Slate & Steel colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Old Standard TT and Hanken Grotesk. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Markazi Text.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
