Use this crisp Star Performer of the Month Certificate to recognise the people who keep a team going. It suits managers, HR teams and team leaders, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. The colour scheme you see, Aubergine & Apricot, is one of three built into the design, with planets and orbits at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a competition award.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the claims settled, customer rating and average turnaround lines. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Maven Pro and Work Sans. Prefer another look? Switch to the Midnight & Gold or Deep Teal & Citrus colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
Bright white matte paper of 160–200 gsm keeps the colours crisp. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
