About this template
Made with music schools, choirs and drama clubs in mind, this Songwriting Course Certificate helps you close a course with something worth keeping without starting from a blank page. Yesteryear sets the title and Epilogue carries the details, with a badge giving the page its character.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Songwriting Course, including all assignments and the final assessment.
[Name] finished the Songwriting Course with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
[Name] has met all the requirements of the Songwriting Course and is presented with this certificate of completion.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate; the songs written, course and showcase demo fields are already in place, and you can delete the ones you don’t need. Prefer another look? Switch to the Teal Tape or Navy Mixtape colour scheme, or pick any colour you like. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Print one copy on plain paper first to check the spelling and the margins. Sign it in blue or black ink once it is printed for a personal touch.
