About this template
Business schools and continuing education units reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a timeless Winter School Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Caudex sets the title and Cabin carries the details, with a mountain skyline giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a school certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Completed by [Name] on [Date]: the Winter School, including all assignments and the final assessment.
Presented to [Name] for reaching the final lesson of the Winter School. Well done, and keep practising.
Awarded to [Name] for completing every module of the Winter School with commitment and curiosity.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the dates, location and credits lines. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. The design comes with three colour schemes (Alpine Night, Aurora and Plum Dusk), and every single colour can be changed. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Reem Kufi.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. The background is dark, so a laser printer or a print shop will give the richest colour.
