About this template
Leadership programmes, HR teams and business schools reach for designs like this one when they want to close a course with something worth keeping: a modern Leadership Development Certificate that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. Literata sets the title and Inter carries the details, with a bold band of colour giving the page its character. Change a few words and it doubles as a training certificate.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
This is to confirm that [Name] attended and completed the Leadership Development Programme, led by [Instructor], from [Start date] to [End date].
[Name] finished the Leadership Development Programme with a final grade of [Grade]. Congratulations on a course well done.
For completing the Leadership Development Programme and putting new skills into practice from the very first session.
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, cohort, six modules and programme dates and the signatures. Fonts can be swapped too; the defaults are Literata and Inter. The design comes with three colour schemes (Navy & Brass, Petrol & Copper and Burgundy & Gold), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
