About this template
Whether it is for one person or a whole group, the Black Moonlit Property Developer Award gives estate agencies, property firms and facilities teams a crisp way to name a winner and make it official. Look closely and you will notice a crescent moon and scattered stars, set off by Jost lettering in black.

How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, homes delivered, projects and resident score and the signatures. The design comes with three colour schemes (Night Navy, Teal Night and Plum Dusk), and every single colour can be changed. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with Kufam.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
