About this template
Hospitals, clinics and care homes reach for designs like this one when they want to name a winner and make it official: a traditional Patient Care Excellence Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. It is shown here in slate grey, with a sunburst, Spectral headings and Nunito Sans for the smaller text. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of achievement.

How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. The design comes with three colour schemes (Morning Light, Lavender Dawn and Coastal Blue), and every single colour can be changed. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. There is an Arabic edition too, laid out right to left with El Messiri.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Choose A4 in Europe and most of the world, or US Letter in North America, before you download. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
