About this template
Training academies, event hosts and L&D teams reach for designs like this one when they want to name a winner and make it official: a classic Trainer of the Year Award that looks as good in a frame as it does in a folder. The colour scheme you see, Oxblood & Champagne, is one of three built into the design, with scattered stars at the heart of the layout. Change a few words and it doubles as a certificate of appreciation.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Congratulations to [Name] on Trainer of the Year. A well-deserved win.
Highly commended: [Name], for [Entry title]. The judges were impressed.
Presented to [Name], champion of [Competition] [Year], with the admiration of every competitor.
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. It works in landscape or portrait, on A4 or US Letter, without you having to move anything. The design comes with three colour schemes (Midnight & Gold, Oxblood & Champagne and Deep Teal & Copper), and every single colour can be changed. You can also upload a logo or a photo and place it anywhere on the page.
Printing tips
For the best result, print on ivory or parchment paper of 160–200 gsm. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. Because of the dark background, check your ink first, or send the PDF to a local print shop.
