About this template
Use this classic Host Appreciation Certificate to put a thank-you in writing. It suits organisations, schools and teams of every kind, and anyone else who wants the moment to feel official. It is shown here in steel blue, with a bold band of colour, Esteban headings and DM Sans for the smaller text. It works just as well as a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
This certificate of appreciation is presented to [Name] for outstanding support and dedication.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
How to customise it
Click any line to change it: the recipient’s name, the wording, the date, venue, breakfasts hosted and guests welcomed and the signatures. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Terracotta & Cream, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A cream, linen-textured paper of around 120 lb text (180 gsm) suits this classic layout. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
