About this template
If you need to put a thank-you in writing, this Peer Recognition Certificate does it with a modern layout that managers, HR and people teams will recognise straight away. With hearts and Wix Madefor Text headings, it has a contemporary feel, while the Coral Sun palette keeps the colours fresh. It works just as well as a staff award or a certificate of achievement.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
Presented to [Name] in recognition of a contribution that will be remembered long after [Event].
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.
This certificate of appreciation is presented to [Name] for outstanding support and dedication.
How to customise it
You can rewrite the whole certificate, or keep the sample wording and just change the names. Need portrait instead of landscape, or US Letter instead of A4? Change it in one click. Colours are yours to change: try Indigo Pop, or match your own brand colours. Change the font or the size of any line if your text is longer than the sample. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
Use a smooth white paper rather than parchment, so the clean lines stay sharp. Download the PDF at the paper size you will print on (A4 or US Letter) and set the printer to “Actual size” or 100%. Standard A4 and Letter frames fit it without trimming.
