About this template
If you need to put a thank-you in writing, this Nurse Appreciation Certificate does it with a contemporary layout that organisations, schools and teams of every kind will recognise straight away. It is shown here in plum, with hearts, Cabin headings and Source Sans 3 for the smaller text. You will also find it under Employee of the Month on CerShare.
Suggested wording
Copy one of these lines into the certificate, then replace the words in brackets.
With sincere thanks to [Name] for [Contribution]. Your generosity made a real difference.
For [Name]: thank you for the patience, the encouragement and the many hours behind the scenes.
Presented to [Name] with gratitude for sharing your expertise at [Event] on [Date].
How to customise it
Every word is editable, from the title to the signature line, including the ward and caring since lines. Choose A4, US Letter or A3, in landscape or portrait, and the layout rearranges itself to fit. Colours are yours to change: try Teal & Coral, or match your own brand colours. Text sizes adjust to fit, and you can choose another font for any line. Add your logo, a crest or a photo and drag it into place.
Printing tips
A smooth, bright white card stock (about 65–80 lb cover) gives the cleanest finish. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” rather than “Fit”, so the border isn’t cropped. It fits a standard certificate frame or a document folder.
